Construction of a new energy efficient residential complex Cape Town Lofts in Nicosia has begun

17.02.22

In Nicosia, Cyprus, the construction of a new residential complex named Cape Town Lofts has begun. This was announced by Pantelis Megalemos, the commercial executive of the Nicosia branch of Prime Property Group.

Each apartment in Cape Town Lofts will be equipped with its own photovoltaic panels as Cyprus has sun shine most of the year. Prime Property Group decided to use it to make apartments more sustainable for living. To live in an energy efficient apartment means not only saving on electricity, but also a more thoughtful approach to the consumption of resources.

Cape Town is a modern residential complex in the heart of the city. It is located just 200 meters from the European University Cyprus and around 1.5 kilometers from the University of Nicosia. This area provides everything for a comfortable lifestyle from gyms to high end boutiques and from cafes to places of leisure.

“The project will be suitable for students studying in the capital, as well as an excellent investment opportunity for investors. Buying residential property in this location will provide investors with fixed income flows”, - mentioned Mr. Megalemos

In Cape Town Lofts, there is a green landscaped area with the outdoor sport facilities.  High-speed free Wi-Fi in the common areas makes sure that residents have direct access to business and social activities.

All apartments in the complex will be delivered with premium finishes and high standards of finish. It will include laminated parquet in living areas and bedrooms, ceramic tiles in the toilets and bathrooms, security and fireproof entrance doors, provisions for A/C, high standard sanitary ware and wardrobes from European brands, thermal aluminum window frames with double glazing and high standard kitchen cabinets.

The completion of construction is scheduled for 2023.
